Norma Shorey-Bryan (M.S.W) is the lead consultant in Catalyst Consultants. A specialist in change management and organisational development, Norma has over 30 years' experience working with individuals, the private sector – including SMEs, government and international agencies and non-governmental organisations.

Norma is certified in Organisation and Systems Development with the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, and as a trainer with the Caribbean Hospitality Training Institute (CHTI), and is currently pursuing the International Certified Management Consultants (CMC) designation. Norma is licensed as an MBTI practitioner and a trainer for the Who Moved My Cheese? ™ programme for change management.

Norma, a skilled facilitator and trainer in participatory methodologies, has a passion for working with people. Her broad experience at international and regional levels has developed her sensitivity to different cultures and situations, adding a unique perspective to her work.
